  1. Specify the job role (competencies, values, requirements, objectives, personality etc) by selecting from a wide range of fully validated dimensions.
  2. Identify the range of expression you require for this role on a 10-point scale.
  3. Connect with your candidate via a personalised e-mail invitation and/or link in the Application Form.
  4. Pick up your Job Match short-list of candidates who best meet your criteria.
  5. Read the Individual Report that highlights areas to focus on for new staff, as well as coaching suggestions for existing staff seeking promotion. Three searching questions are provided for each dimension so that even inexperienced managers can conduct a successful evidence-based interview.

This also creates useful benchmarks of overall group performance against which you can track individuals and they can pace themselves.

360° Performance Management

A great springboard for discussion about current performance and personal development plans, the 360° feedback can be co-created by HR, line-mangers and individual employees. The employee receives their own individual Report and the line manager receives another with guidelines for interpreting the Report for this individual in their current role.
